In the afternoon of August 11th, 2009, Guobao ZHANG, Vice Minister of NDRC and Director of National Energy Administration (NEA), met Jim Rogers, Chairman, President and CEO of the Duke Energy , and the Honorary Deputy Chairman of CEES Organization at NDRC meeting room . Mr. Jim Rogers reported the progress of the cooperation between Duke Energy and China Huaneng Group.
