Vice Minister of NDRC, Guobao ZHANG met Senior Manager of Duke Energy
On November 4th, 2009, Vice Minister of NDRC, Guobao ZHANG, met Dhiaa Jamil, Group Executive, Chief Nuclear Officer and Chief Generation Officer of Duke Energy，David Mohler，Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Duke Energy and Executive Director of CEES Organization and Simin SUN, Clean Air Task Organization of Asia-Pacific Representative and Consultant of CEES Secretariat.
Regarding the cooperation between Duke Energy, China Huaneng Group and ENN, Mr. David from Duke Energy reported the latest progress since Guobao ZHANG met Mr. Jim Rogers, CEO of Duke Energy, in August. The two sides exchanged views concerning the means by which that Duke would cooperate with China’s energy corporations to achieve Sino-US energy and environment targets as well as promote China’s and US governments to make commitments on energy and environment.
