Brief Introduction：

This book is divided into three chapters with 360,000 words, described briefly as follows:

u  Chapter 1: The Path for CEES to a Global Think-Tank, it introduces: the history, background and main achievements of CEES; the key supporters and common settlers who help to develop a path to a Global Think Tank for CEES; the exploration and establishment of sub-forum and CEES website and; the prospective for CEES future development.
