Inviting Letter from China Energy and

Environment Summit 2012(CEES)

Dear Sr. or Madam,

On behalf of Organizing Committee of China Energy and Environment Summit(CEES), I have the honor to invite you to attend CEES 2012 to be convened on Oct.28-29, 2012 in Beijing, China.

CEES, Joint sponsored by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC), the State Energy Bureau, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Environmental Protection and Ministry of Land and Resources, has been successfully held for four sessions and  five times since 2008.

CEES 2012 will be held in late October in the Xiyuan hotel in Beijing, sponsored by China Energy & Environment Research Center, co-sponsored by Dept. of Resource Conservation and Environment Protection of NDRC, Dept. of new & renewable energy, National Energy Administration, University of International Business and Economics(UIBE), State Information Center, Shuangliang Eco-energy Corp., China Academy of Space Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing, organized by CEES secretariat and China Energy & Environment Research Center of UIBE.

The conference will boost the carrying out of ‘Bai-Qian-Wan-Wan’ Activity Plan of China Energy and Environment, invite one NDRC leader to give Lecture One  of China's energy & environment "Hundred lecture hall". Several central mainstream media and more than 60 central media will help spread around the world.

Focusing in topics about ‘Bai-Qian-Wan-Wan’ Activity Plan, energy conservation and environmental protection and Shuangliang Energy Conservation, new energy and space solar energy, Strategic orientation of green technology， energy, resources, environment and trade security etc., leaders from National Energy & Environment Authorities, the world's top experts, counselors of State Council, academicians of Chinese academy of sciences, Chinese academy of engineering will give speeches (see the assembly preliminary agenda in annex 2).
